I get here 4 errors. One is that \Telelfon is already defined:
\newcommand\Telefon{\mvchr{84}}
Your command was ignored.
The reason is that MiKTeX loads marvosym automatically and I currently don't know why. Could you
please report this on
http://bugzilla.lyx.org
I'll have a look at this this weekend.
