Dear list users, I'm using Lyx 1.3.7 with Ubuntu Linux and I wanna use a latex layout for a thesis dissertation with Lyx.
I've followed the instructions included in the zip file and it says: - copy the class file to /usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/uw - next run texhash - Finally, Reconfigure Lyx. I've tried to import the example .tex file with Lyx but always it complains the uwthesis doesn't exist. Is it the right way to work with any layout in Lyx? How can I use one as a template?
