In playing around with layouts recently, I tried to make use of the "OptionalArgs" option. If I set it to "1", then the GUI gives me the ability to set a "Short Title", which is pretty much what I expected, though it would be better to have this appear as "Optional Argument". But setting the Short Title then has no effect: Nothing corresponding to it appears in the LaTeX.
