Following the hint from

I tried to insert a insert a citations via lyxpipe from JabRef.
JabRef gives me the following error when trying to push a citation into
pipe:
"
Error: Verify that Lyx is running and that the lyxpipe is valid.
[/home/user/lyxpipe]
"
I checked into that /home/user/lyxpipe directory end it doesn't exist.
My questions:
1) How do I create a valid lyxpipe?
2) Shouldn't that pipe automatically created when one starts Lyx for the
first time? (this must then be a fault of the Ubuntu package)
