There may be a more efficient approach, but the following, while tedious, should work. Highlight any row, right click, and set horizontal alignment to "left". That will left align the entire table. Now (keeping the table cell dialog open) click into each cell in the row you want to change, select "multicolumn", and then select the alignment you want for the row (center or right).
