Does anyone have information or experience about compiling LyX 1.5 for cygwin? I have really appreciated the efforts of Enrico Forestieri (and others?) who prepared distributions of LyX 1.4.x. I'm willing to spend some time compiling (or tyring to compile) it myself, but any advice or pointers would be helpful.
