I think it sums up the situation. People on this list most of the time try to be nice and helpful. Knowing this, it is safer not to be too touchy about messages that hurt your feelings, they tend to be rare and accidental[*]. JMarc [*] on the other hand, you should try to avoid the lyx-devel list until your skin grows thicker. The tone is different there ;)
