Sorry I didn't make it clear. I meant the title page shouldn't be numbered, should it? In my case it is, so that the toc has to start in page 3. Also as odd number pages are on the right, shouldn't there be a bigger margin on the left of the page for binding? Anther thing is that if I use the chapterprefix option, my chapter two will lose its way by starting in a even page. All the other chapters are OK.
