You can generate your own keybinding file. See Help>Customizing and have a look at the two pre-defined layout variants <LYXDIR>/bind/cua.bind and <LYXDIR>/bind/emacs.bind which you can copy and modify or (if the modifications are rather small) import into your custom bindings.
