I use LyX 1.5.3 on Windows w/ MikTeX 2.6
I took your example and commented out the
%\usepackage{pst-pdf} from the preamble. Then I used
ps2pdf from the view menu. It displayed properly.
with the pst-pdf I received an error saying missing
.sty file.
