Hello, I´ve installed Lyx on my Mac (Macbook, running with Leopard) for the first time. I´ve followed the instructions and prior to Lyx I have installed MacTeX and then Lyx 1.5.4 but, whenever I open the Lyx application I get the error message shown here:
"The layout file requested by this document article.layout, is not usable. This is probably because a LaTeX class or style file required by it is not available. See the Customization Documentation for more information. LyX will not be able to produce output" Could anyone help me with this? I would greatly appreciate it. Cheers, Anna
