On Linux I never managed---yet---to export anything to OpenDocument. On Windows, I read on the list recently, it is even buggier. Are you using their latest "release", tex4ht-20080510_p2222? Have you tried exporting to .rtf, via latex2rtf? Search the Wiki for more info on the latter. Liviu
