Hi, among the several bibliographic styles made available by LyX and which you can select from the bibliograpich style menu there is also one that provides a very similar effect to the one you would like to obtain: humannat. Author names are always put on a separated line after which follows the other bibliographic data beginning with the publication year. These are three examples of some references I have put in a publication formatted using this style:

Available from: http://www.oclc.org/reports/pdfs/studentperceptions.pdf [Last checked 2008-08-26]. As you can see hummanat also manage titles in italic for journals and books. The URL and Last checked fields have been added by me to my humannat style file using the urlbst-0.6-1 package. The only relevant difference from your example consists in the position of the publication year.
