From Bibtex point of view and proper title generation in Bibliography
this entry should be more like this:

@misc{ wiki:xxx,
  author = "Wikipedia",
  title = "Ly{X} --- {W}ikipedia{,} {T}he {F}ree {E}ncyclopedia",
  year = "2008",
  url = "\url{http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=LyX&oldid=252337015}";,
  note = "[Online; accessed 26-November-2008]"
}

In other cases plenty Bibtex styles may reduce CAPS in title to "Lyx
--- wikipedia, the free encyclopedia".
