You don't need to do this. I would uninstall these fonts (assure don't you don't simply delete the *.ttf files but really uninstall the fonts.)
Afterwards uninstall LyX _completely_. Then reinstall it using the complete version of this installer: https://developer.berlios.de/project/showfiles.php?group_id=5117&release_id=15676
