If you view your Lyx File in PDF or DVI, it normally runs bibtex and that
creates the bbl file in the same temporary folder as the dvi file.Otherwise,
you cal also export your file in Latex and run bibtex manually. You firts
run latex myfile.tex and then bibtex myfile.tex.
