I am writing my thesis with lyx 1.6.3, and i have set up the Document Class:
book (more font sizes) and in Page Layout -> Headings Style: headings.
I would like to watch all numbers of pages at the botton of center on each
page. However there are number of pages which appear at the top rigth of
some pages. Could you give me some advices how i can manage.
Another thing. with this type of page layout, the name of every chapter
appears in capital letters at the top left on every page, i would like to
watch them as they are written in general Index. For example:
"Chapter 1 Example of Name of Chapter", in the general index it appears as:
"*1*. *Example of Name of Chapter*", for me is ok. but in the page (at the
top left on every page) it appears as: " CHAPTER 1 EXAMPLE OF NAME OF
CHAPTER". Could you helpe me with this?
