Hi, I have a LyX document that compiled just fine three days ago (pdflatex), but now I keep getting an error message with the description:
basic_filebuf::_M_convert_to_external conversion error and no PDF output is produced. Only minor changes have been made since the last printing. I can not locate the problem. I deleted bits of my document, but no matter how much I remove, I keep getting the same error message. Any ideas what else I could try? I'm on LyX 1.6.4.1 on Mac OS X 10.5.8.
