If I remove \usepackage{linebreak} from the preamble and just use the
ERT [\linebreak]then I don't get the question about linbreak.sty, but
just an error message we've all seen so often:

Undefined control sequence - and this stuff:

 Case No & Common Name & Species\linebreakCode
                                                   & Date In & Sex &
Age & I... The control sequence at the end of the top line
of your error message was never \def'ed. If you have
misspelled it (e.g., `\hobx'), type `I' and the correct
spelling (e.g., `I\hbox'). Otherwise just continue,
and I'll forget about whatever was undefined.

Which means what..........? Maybe it means it's not fixable?

Thanks,
Charlie
