Hi Abdel, The trouble I see with that is a project can languish waiting to get up to the "minimum to get the project started", whereas if it were just "whoever wants it take it", it might get done right away. However, I'll pledge that WHEN a developer completes the better outline mode, I'll Paypal him/her $40 US Dollars. If a lot of people do the same, that would be pretty nice.
