Odd; I don't have that problem here (but I'm on Win XP at the moment; my Linux machines are napping). Could be a bug in 1.6.4 that was fixed in 1.6.5, probably the one Jürgen mentioned.

At any rate, I think underscores in file names should not be a problem (including on Linux).
