Thanks for your help. I am using LyX 1.6 under windows.
Again problem with images not copied by LyX into temporary folder. If you include pure tex files into your LyX document, when these tex file contains reference to graphics, LaTeX during compilation of your document (launched by LyX) is unable to find them as they are not copied to temporary folder where tex files generated by LyX with all images included in LyX document lies. You may need your own copier (a script copying files into temporary folder).
