Hello LyXers,
the alternative Windows installer for LyX 1.6.7 is now available.
This installer comes again with an update installer to update existing
LyX 1.6.6.1 installation to LyX
1.6.7. NOTE: To be able to use this update installer, LyX 1.6.6.1 must
have been installed with the
alternative Windows installer.
If you are using LyX 1.6.6 and not 1.6.6.1, I recommend to uninstall
1.6.6 _completely_ and reinstall 1.6.7. This way you have an up to date
installation including important security fixes in third-party programs
like ImageMagick. (ImageMagick is used by LyX to convert images.)
