Hello all.

I'm trying to typeset bridge deals/diagrams using lyx. There's package for this called "bridge". I load the package in the preamble but I use it I get "bridge.sty" not found message. I checked MikTex and found that there is indeed no bridge.sty file but bridge.tpm file instead. What am I supposed to do? Anybody out there who can help me with typesetting bridge related issues in general? I use Windows 7 Pro with Lyx 1.6.7 and MikTex 2.8.

CTAN.org contains two packages related to bridge:
    http://tug.ctan.org/cgi-bin/ctanPackageInformation.py?id=bridge
    http://tug.ctan.org/cgi-bin/ctanPackageInformation.py?id=bridge-pln
Neither is actually a LaTeX package, but the macros defined in the former could certainly be used to create a style file that could then be used, though they might have to be adapted a bit for LaTeX 2e, since they seem to have been written for 2.09. The latter might also be usable, but I haven't looked at it. In any event, this will take some work.
