Hello, Has anyone created an MNRAS (mn2e.cls) LyX layout file? I've made a skeleton file referencing emulateapj that lets me open and compile files with the mn2e class, but it doesn't know anything about, say, their author/thanks style.
Piotr Dybczyński asked this exact same question at the end of August, and Uwe Stöhr responded that he might create one. Has there been any progress here? If not, I'll try to create a basic framework for others to build on. Thank you, John
