You have to add that path to Tools->Preferences->Paths->PATH prefix, such that it appears before /usr/bin. Pay attention to use posix paths, i.e., use /cygdrive/c/whatever instead of C:/whatever, as the colon is the path separator in cygwin. -- Enrico
