Hi, I use Lyx 2.0 to manage multiple index. Since I want that some page numbers appear in italic in the index, I add to several index declaration the option "|textit". Strangely, in the generated PDF file, these page numbers written in italic are not hyperlinks (such as the "normal" page numbers). --
