What’s your problem? Write any text and put your cursor at any place in your text. Click “insert” -> “marginal note”, type any text in the red framed box, mark this text, click “Edit” -> “Text Style” -> “Customized ...” -> “Size” -> “Very tiny”, click “OK” and be lucky. :-)
