Hi, I run Lyx 2.0.0 and just upgraded from Ubuntu 11.04 to 11.10. The compose key has stopped working in Lyx (at least I'm quite sure it worked before). The compose key issue has been posted several times, but I haven't found anything that worked.
I've followed the instructions on http://wiki.lyx.org/Tips/FixDeadKeysAndCompose The relevant output from running "lyx -dbg 4" is: ../../../../src/frontends/qt4/GuiWorkArea.cpp(1042): count: 1 text: isAutoRepe at: 0 key: 16781600 keyState: ../../../../src/frontends/qt4/GuiKeySymbol.cpp(621): Getting key 16781600, with text '' ../../../../src/frontends/qt4/GuiKeySymbol.cpp(627): Setting key to 16781600, ../../../../src/frontends/qt4/GuiKeySymbol.cpp(642): isOK is 0 I use Caps Lock as compose key.
