This isn't particularly intuitive (one might expect it to be accessible from 
the main Preferences window, Language tab, perhaps it isn't because it is 
somehow tied to different document classes) but it does work just fine for me 
with 2.0.5-1 with English (UK). Is there an outstanding issue that this doesn't 
solve?
