In case you want to find the text file with the crash report… look here:
~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports

Using the Finder: 
1. change to your home folder
2. open GoTo menu item and go to Library etc…

LyX 2.0.5.1 is not as stable as it should. The current version is LyX 2.0.6. 
Please try this instead.
