Julien, Thanks very much! I thought I had solved this before but I did not find that stored tread in my Web searches. The changes in LyX over the past 5 years means I need to modify the solution that worked then. Now, the 'toname' comes out right justified rather than left justified but the date and page number are on the left. I'll work on fixing this over the next couple of days.
