I keep my .bib files on Dropbox so I can easily work from multiple computers.
Is there a way that I can set the preferences on my Macintosh to use a different .bib path by default? This needs to be done without specifying the whole path in the LyX file. On Windows, this is accomplished by modifying the BIBINPUTS environment variable, but I do not know how to do something like that with MacOS. David
