Unfortunately, nazgul died, and along with it the lyx cvs repository
and the developer's web pages.
There is no back-up, so we have to re-create this collectively.
Lgb is working hard on getting the machine up again, and he needs a
new hard-drive. Maybe we can chip together and get a new one?
He has a pretty recent version of the cvs checked out, and will use
that to restore the cvs repository without any significant loss.
However, the web pages are gone. Therefor, I ask you to check your
web-caches for any web-pages from "nazgul.lyx.org", "www.devel.lyx.org"
and "lyx.org". If you have any, please reply with a list of which ones
you have to this mail along with the date, and don't delete them.
Don't send any pages yet.
The question about what to do in the future to prevent this from happening
again is relevant, but for now, let's focus on restoring the stuff and get
going again.
