Lars just commited a patch where he removes/renames several things
from the LyX format, basically old tags that we do not support
anymore. Before everybody forgets what these things were, wouldn't it
be a good idea to document the LyX format (the 2.15, and then all
different alterations to the format). The idea is that we should not
force people to have lyx 1.0 hanging around to read old files when we
1.2 is realeased in two months :)
It would probably be good to have a perl script to 'update' old files
to new format. The advantage is that it would take care of backwards
compatibility, while avoiding maintenance problems in LyX source.
