Hi Antonio, I didn't know about the "lziprecover --list". I thought this is only for repairing corrupted archives and didn't check all options documented in the manpage in detail.
Well, that's fine for me, I can simply use "lziprecover --list" when I need the information. No need to double that code to lzip, if it makes portability problems. Maybe a hint in lzip manpage pointing to lziprecover for that "--list" purpose is all that is needed?
