Problem installing lzip

Hi,

 

I don't understand how to install lzip. Using the .exe contained in
lzip-1.11-w32.zip on /releases/lzip does not work.

 

Would be great if you could provide me with the raw installation file for
Win10/64Bit or explain how to do it.
