Version information display order

Hello, I noticed that  version information about library used (lzlib) is 
somewhere at the end, behind copyright, licence, and stuff.  IMHO it would be 
better in the beginning, right after program information. It's more 
relevant to program version than to copyright or licence.    ~~~   $ plzip 
--version  plzip 1.12  Using lzlib 1.15, LZ_API_VERSION 1015  Copyright...
