With HTerm it does work much better than TELCOM. What I meant by a letdown was that the 40x8 screen really needs something specifically tailored to the size. Even with the T200 it's barely enough to make pine usable for email. Kurt

Yeah the ANSI escape codes are a pain. With the Telnet/SSH bridge in mComm for Windows it ended up being a let down. Well with HTERM and a your bridge it should all just work. HTERM filters the ANSI escapes and does the UTF-8 mapping. It also does flow control to keep from getting overrun. If you want to make it work with TELCOM you need to put the mapping logic into the bridge or maybe a custom getty. Something like that. -- John.
