I try to get some fibre every day, it keeps me regular. ;-> But seriously, 64k should be OK. It helps to keep messages concise which is good to a discussion forum.
Here is the wilds of Indiana we have had fiber for about a decade. It was started by our small city to attract "high tech" but sold off to an outfit called Metronet a few years back.
