On my Model 100 which has a PCSG RAM+ w/option ROM, I am looking for a way to capture that 32K ROM image into a file on my Windows PC.
If it were a standard 27256 pinout I'd just load it into my EPROM burner and read the image. However I don't have an adapter for molex-style chip like the M100 option roms, so I'm toying with the idea of reading a byte at a time on the machine itself and sending the bytes out the serial port to be captured elsewhere. However, given that there's various ROM images already out there for ModelT machines it is quite obvious people have solved this issue many times before. What's the best known method these days? Is there a Molex-to-28pin-DIP adapter I can acquire or is there some other way people typically do it? Thanks for your insights. Gary
