I think Arcadeshopper has both the RTEX and 8K RAM modules available.

&sort=nameAsc . It is my understanding that the REX copies all 32K or RAM to
flash and back, i.e. backs up to RAM and restores it when you switch banks.

Subject: [M100] REX replaces internal RAM?

Does a REX completely replace/supplant the internal ram?

If I have an old Model T with 8k and insert a REX does the computer run
completely via REX?

Are there Rex boards available?
