Hey guys, I got a Simple Wifi RS232 modem from Etsy, and I'm having some trouble if any of you are familiar with this sort of device. I've messaged the maker about it but I haven't heard anything back yet and my attempts to google a resolution have come up short. It seems to be a problem with the firmware but beyond that I'm not sure.

However when I connect to a telnet site through it I only get a few lines of text back from the other side before the device has some sort of software failure. It spits out a stack track and resets.
