There is no way to do it. The TPDD and TPDD2 disk drive use FM encoding vs MFM encoding. So even if you were able to write the low level code to work with the Wondows floppy drive, the data is laid down in an incompatible format. I have a working TPDD2 and would be happy to pull any data off a floppy and email it back to you.
