Hi, The battery was charged when I got it today. It is in the correct way. The cable testes fine for the screen when I tested it with my multimeter. Is it possible of overvoltage on the battery side? Since it is rated at 3.6v but my multimeter say it is 3.7-3.8V. But will let it charge for a bit.

For leaded electrolytic caps I "walk" them out by heating one lead and leaning the cap to one side such that the loose lead can slide out a bit. Then I do the same for the other lead, alternating back and forth until it is fully out. I?ll set up a github repo once I?m through this first pass. Next pass will be find and replace on all standard addresses and known rom functions. That way the m100 and t102 should be mostly identical which should help adding the other comments that are available. I have changed the CMOS battery and tried a cold start using CTRL+SHIFT+BREAK+RESET. When I power it on I hear a click from the speaker and the screen goes black the contrast knob doesn't dim or darken the screen. I have also tried getting it to go into basic and beeping the speaker with no luck. The machine was working before the battery change however the old battery was leaking so I had to change it. There was no corrosion and the battery area was cleaned with Isopropanol. Also the Power button turns the computer off and then back on straight after every time I push it and when there is power from either the battery?s and the ac adapter. If the CMOS battery was flat on install, it will take some time to charge up.
