Hi Frank, Thanks for letting me know that. I thought it might be the case but I wasn't absolutely sure. In saying that, all the 74HC175's I saw on the web from electronic importers still needed to be shipped in, with similar shipping costs. The 74 chips themselves were certainly a few dollars cheaper than the Toshiba one though! Terry
