LaddieAlpha and DLPlus are the options. I've never found installing Mono on OSX to be a big deal but I haven't done it for a while.
The advantage of LaddieAlpha is it's already built and you don't need to set up a compiler. Guess I should try compiling and running it on .net core. That's cross platform and supported by microsoft. -- John.
