I also have the UBPorts version.
Strangely , sometimes, when I connect it to my Linux desktop, the
desktop recognizes it.
But I'm not concerned, because my plan is to hopefully connect them via
bluetooth. I have a serial-to-BT adapter I've gotten working with my
M100 and my old Android phone. I also have a serial-to-Wifi adapter,
too, but I don't imagine I could connect to mcomm that way?
TS-DOS is unreliable over bluetooth because of timing, even with the
special timing-increased hacked version Kurt has on club100.
The TPDD protocol itself is fine with it, and John recently said that
TEENY has no timing problems and either works or should work over a BT
connection. But TEENY is very bare bones.
Don't bank on using BT.
