Are you starting it with the command python3 mcomm.py?

mComm When I run mComm on my linux box, I get:  File "/usr/bin/mcomm", line 6

starred expression only as assignment targetDo I have the wrong type of Python? 
I run Mint 17.3.MComm is also not working on my Android tablet; ts-dos just 
says disk not ready. I've tried all my serial adaptors.
