Hi Charles, I'd suggest you might want to start with the binary files at http://bitchin100.com/wiki/index.php?title=REXsharp#Option_ROM_Images_for_Download as that's a pretty comprehensive slice of the ROMs out there which work with the device. Conveniently, they are already converted from HEX format into the BY format used by the REXMGR.
